Active Labor Market/Youth Employment Cluster – SIEF Working Camp This meeting gathered Bank staff and teams from seven of the eight SIEF funded impact evaluations within the SIEF ALMP/YE cluster. The meeting had three objectives: (1) Disseminate the design and field status of selected evaluations, promoting common instruments across teams; (2) Link the cluster core questions to the broader HDN Skills-Employability-Productivity Strategy and upcoming HDNSP strategy; and (3) Brainstorm on some important policy and research questions that evaluations of ALMPs should target next.
