Event Description

The World Bank together with the Government of India as part of the “National Transport Development Policy Committee (NTDPC)” organized an international workshop from February 6 to 8, 2012, in New Delhi.

 

The main focus of the workshop was exchanging ideas relating to international best practices in the context of India’s environment for providing an integrated and sustainable transport system in the medium to long term focusing on the ports and shipping, highways, railways, urban transport and inter-modal transport sub-sectors.
