A World Bank credit of US$ 250 million for the Third National HIV/AIDS Control Projectwas signed today in New Delhi. The signatories of this agreement were, Mr. Madhusudan Prasad, Joint Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, who signed on behalf of Government of India, and Isabel Guerrero, Country Director, India for the World Bank.
