Needs assessment on damages caused by the Tsunami

Brief description: Since the aftermath of the Tsunami in 2005, the World Bank provided needs assessment on livelihood damages, which was used for the World Bank’s emergency loans, and have made various recommendations to facilitate the government’s cash grants to reach the people affected by the Tsunami.
