Transport Sector Review, January 2004

The Transport Sector Review (TSR) was proposed by a Joint World Bank/ADB/donor mission in March 2002, and financed by Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA). The purpose of the TSR was to prepare an overall vision and development strategy for the transport sector of Afghanistan, consistent with the policies and development framework of the Transitional Islamic State of Afghanistan (TISA), which currently is the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
