World Bank Publications and Speakers Bureau

1. Publications

The World Bank Brussels office has a small reference room where visitors, upon making an appointment (tel: + 32 2 552 00 52), can come and consult World Bank publications, as well as its website and CD ROMs. The Brussels office does not sell World Bank publications. We do however have a small section where visitors can come and pick-up leaflets, general information and the World Bank Annual report (both French and English versions).

We also have a Depository Library at the University of Antwerp which receives all official World Bank publications (about 200 titles per year), enabling the public with research needs to access and borrow major publications on topics covered by the Bank :

2. The World Bank Speakers Bureau

The World Bank's Speakers Bureau aims to educate and inform external audiences by providing them with speakers and informational materials. More that 400 events are handled each year and more than 200 Bank staff channel their speaking engagements through the Bureau.
