The World Bank's World Development Report on Gender Equality and Development was presented in the Hague Oct. 25-26, 2011.
World Bank Gender Specialist Ana Maria Munoz Boudet presented the report to students and professors at a seminar organized by the International Institute of Social Studies, Erasmus University Rotterdam; to civil society organizations, private sector and government representatives at a dinner lecture organized by the Dutch Gender Platform, WO=MEN; and to the Foreign Policy Committee in the Dutch Parliament.
Ms. Munoz Boudet was also invited to present key message from the report as part of a panel on population and reproductive health at an event on the State of World Population organized by Rutgers WPF and attended by over 150 participants.
