Debt Sustainability Model Plus

What is DSM+?

The Debt Sustainability Model–Plus (DSM+) is a state-of-the-art modeling tool designed to help officials analyze the external financing requirements of a country and to quantify the effects of debt relief operations or new borrowing. It's available free to member countries of the World Bank, ComSec and UNCTAD.

Who is it for?

Macro policy makers, economists, debt managers, financial analysts, researchers in central banks, finance ministries, debt management offices, or other appropriate agencies.

What can it do?

Analyze debt management strategies by importing data from UNCTAD, ComSec, and WB debt management databases, or by entering loan specific data in the Loan Data Sheet of the model. Compute net present values, perform complex Paris Club reschedulings and fill the financing gap.

How can I get it?
