Financial Instruments

Projects aiming at statistical capacity development are financed by various financing instruments. We keep track of projects which are:

• Part of the STATCAP program;
• Funded by International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD for middle-income countries) or International Development Association (IDA for low-income countries) which have significant statistical components;or
• Funded by Trust Fund for Statistical Capacity Building; or
• Part of the implementation of Marrakech Action Plan for Statistics funded by the  Development Grant Facility.

Information on these projects is disseminated through Statistical Project Information Database with a view to informing our development partners and enhancing coordination of statistical development activities.
