Usage Statistics of Online Queries

The online usage statistics query allows you to query your institution usage of subscribed product. To see the usage:

1. Select your subscriber ID. If there are more than one ID, in cases of different campuses with different IP addresses, select all your IDs and press Select button. The subscriber ID is provided by the office of publisher.
2. Select Query, either WDI or GDF Online or both and press Select button
3. Select Views, select all below views and press Select button 
   • Chart - number of charts created by your users;
   • Export - number of downloads to excel or ascii
   • Indicators viewed - number of series/indicators retrieved (not available)
   • Map - number of maps created;
   • Report - number of tables created
4. Select Time and press Select button
5. Click on the Show Report tab to see the usage, you can exp
6. ort the result into excel or text file by clicking on export option. Note that if you are using IE 7 and above, its default setting does allow automatic file downloads, you may consult your IT for changing this setting on your computer or visit FAQ page on how to. 
7. Click on Chart to see a usage chart

Map does not work for this query as we do not collect country based data.
