Table 1.6 presents selected indicators for 56 other economies—small economies with populations between 30,000 and 1 million and smaller economies if they are members of the World Bank. Front matter, introductions to each section, and back matter of WDI 2008 are available at the following links: Poverty data: A supplement to World Development Indicators 2008 This booklet provides the country-level estimates of poverty that were first released in October 2008. Using the international poverty line of $1.25 a day, estimates of the extent and depth of poverty are presented for 115 developing countries, along with poverty measurements based on their national poverty lines.
