At the recommendation of the ICP Interim Executive Board, an Interim Technical Advisory Group (ITAG) has been formed for the period between the 2005 and 2011 rounds. Members of this group will remain the same as the 2005 TAG. This body is developing a research agenda to address the technical and research priorities for the 2011 round, including the method to link the regions.
