Access & Release Agreement

| The transcripts are subject to review under the World Bank Policy on Disclosure of Information. Since there are individually signed release agreements for most of the transcripts, and there are restrictions placed on a certain number of them whereby the interviewee/memorialist retains the rights to be transferred to the survivor(s) upon death, for those cases, access will have to be decided on a case-by-case basis.
