Capacity building initiative for education and your services nonprofits serving Wards 6, 7 and 8 in the District that seeks to enable them to better identify, measure, and communicate the effectiveness of their community-based interventions.  Includes support for the four participating nonprofits to hire a full time evaluation specialist.
