PHRD TA Reporting Requirements

Task Team Leaders (TTL) are responsible for preparing implementation status reports for PHRD TA grants using the following reporting system:

§ Grant Report Monitoring (GRM) – For all technical assistance grants (Preparation, Implementation, Cofinancing, Climate Change, and Special Programs)

The design of the GRM system, introduced in January 2005, is closely aligned with the Implementation Status Report (ISR) which is the monitoring tool for all current loans and credits financed by the Bank and with the Implementation Completion Report (ICR) for reporting on Bank-financed operations which have closed. The GRM can also be used to prepare both periodic reports as well as Implementation Completion Memorandum (ICM) for grants over US$ 1m. The GRM allows reporting on both qualitative and quantitative aspects of grant implementation.

Trust Fund Status Reports are based on progress reports submitted by the client and while on project preparation missions. It is important to accurately describe outcomes or progress achieved by component as the status report is shared with the donor.

A final report will be prepared at grant completion documenting actual cumulative inputs and outputs through the grant implementation period. ICMs are prepared immediately after grant closing date.

Annual grant financial audits are also required for all PHRD Grants. The task team’s Financial Management Specialist is responsible for Audit compliance under the Trust Fund.
