  Review of PHRD TA Grants Closed in Fiscal Year 2006

This is the first report summarizing the results of the closed PHRD TA grants.  The purpose of the review is to provide feedback from grant implementation that could lead to program improvements and to allow for extended reporting on the results of the completed grants.  In the future, such reports will be produced annually with the FY07 report expected to be ready by the end of 2007.
