The Bank values effective partnerships with foundations. To facilitate this, it has appointed a Contact Person within the Global Partners and Partnerships, Concessional Finance and Global Partnerships (CFP) Vice Presidency. The Contact Person, Mr. Randall Purcell, Senior Partnerships Specialist, will be:
- deepening Bank/Foundation relations and advancing best practices
- assisting foundations in understanding how the Bank works and helping them make contact with Bank staff
- advising Bank staff in building productive Bank/Foundation partnerships
- convening Bank/Foundation meetings
- initiating Bank/Foundation work
