World Bank President Paul Wolfowitz listens to an explanation of the RALAS Program --financed by the Bank-managed Multi Donor Fund-- which aims to issue over 35,000 land titles across Aceh. The program is done with the collaboration of the Indonesian National Land Agency (BPN).
