Alberto Carrasquilla Barrera, Minister of Finance and Public Credit, Colombia, and Chairman of the Development Committee.

Mr. Barrera has been selected as the commitee's newest Chairman. He replaces Mr. Trevor Manuel, Minister of Finance of South Africa.
