July 18, 2006—Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Nigeria's Minister of Foreign Affairs, arrives at the Sullivan Summit luncheon in Abuja, where World Bank President Paul Wolfowitz delivered a keynote address. Accompanying her is Victoria Kwakwa, an economist at the World Bank's office in Nigeria.

The Sullivan Summits are organized by the Leon H. Sullivan Foundation to highlight key issues, stimulate discussion and define opportunities, promote private enterprise, and foster high-level strategic partnerships. The Summits are inspired by Reverend Sullivan's belief that the development of Africa is a matter of global partnerships.
