International Olympic Committee / World Bank cooperation
The World Bank and the International Olympic Committee signed an agreement to cooperate in all ways possible to promote sustainable human development and to increase tolerance and understanding between individuals and cultures. The agreement was signed by IOC President Juan Antonio Samaranch and World Bank President James Wolfensohn.
