Staff Costs Now Eligible

We are pleased to announce that Bank staff can now charge up to 20% of approved TFESSD grants for staff time and travel. Implementation can begin immediately and can include the February 2011 time recording. The objective is to ensure greater involvement of staff and higher quality of implementation of trust funded activities. We have agreed with the donors to report in mid-2012 on how well this objective has been met and to jointly assess whether to continue the allowance.
