Do Not Know Where to Start?

The World Bank's conflict resolution system offers staff choices for assistance to address workplace issues. Staff can go to any of these offices for help.  If you are not sure where to go, the matrix below indicates where you may want to start your inquiry.

It is also important to remember that Human Resources and the Staff Association are also resources available to staff.
