Q&A enables Parliamentarians to post questions, track the status of their questions and receive responses on the website and by e-mail.
Who may submit a request?
Members and staff of National, Regional or State Legislatures.
What type of information may be requested?
Requests for information should be related to World Bank Group programs or projects as well as statistics, publications and research, within the scope of the World Bank Policy on Disclosure of Information. If you would like a specific publication we will forward it via e-mail or send a hard copy to your Parliamentary Library.
How should questions be submitted?
Questions should be submitted on-line by filling out the Q&A form or by printing out and completing a Q&A form and faxing it to +33 1 47 23 74 36.
When will you receive an answer?
Depending on the complexity of the query, a response may two to three weeks.
Who will provide the answers?
The Public Information Service in Europe based in Paris with the parliamentary relations team, in coordination with other Public Information Centers and Services around the world and sectoral advisory desks, will respond to all requests.
Protection of personal information
Unless you choose to remain anonymous, your name may be posted online along with the corresponding question and answer.
