IRINA KLYTCHNIKOVA is a Young Professional with research experience in the areas of environmental, agricultural and energy economics and non-market valuation. A Russian native, she holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of Maryland and a Master's Degree in International Relations and International Economics from the School of Advanced International Studies of the Johns Hopkins University. Prior to joining the World Bank as Young Professional she held positions as associate consultant at the Financial Advisory Services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers office in Los Angeles and worked as short-term consultant in the Europe and Central Asia region, Infrastructure Economics and Finance and in the Development Research Groups at the World Bank.
