The Staff Learning Program aims to make the World Bank Group a world-class learning organization where learning is closely linked to achieving better business results. The World Bank Group has a Chief Learning Officer (CLO) and a Learning Board whose mandate is to strengthen staff learning and transform the Bank into a continuous learning organization. To this end, the World Bank Group provides both internal and external training/learning opportunities to staff.
