Staff Exchange Program (SEP)

Please be advised that the Partnership Programs Office, which administers the Staff Exchange Program and the Secondment Program, has undertaken a course of action to realign the processes and procedures of the two programs in order to reduce multiplicity and improve the efficiency of the programs. 

To position us for the impending structural changes, effective immediately:  (a)  the Partnership Programs Office (HRSPP) will no longer accept new assignments under the corporate Staff Exchange Program.  HRSPP will continue to manage all current SEP assignments up until their expiration;  and (b) until the new framework is in place, all new incoming assignments will be handled under the Secondment Program. All outgoing assignments will be handled under External Service With or Without Pay, funded by the sponsoring unit or the recipient organization.
