    
Rabat, Morocco, January 17- 22, 2009 In response to demands from developing countries, the training focuses on how a country's post-basic education and learning system can be reformed to respond to the needs of the labor market in an increasing global society. The training shows how education can play an essential role in shaping the knowledge economy. The course addresses challenges facing secondary, vocational, tertiary education within the lifelong learning framework.
