The 18th PSLO Retreat will be held in Istanbul, Turkey, Oct. 5-9, 2009.  The retreat will coincide with the World Bank and IMF Annual Meetings in Instanbul, Oct. 6-7.  The retreat will also mark the ten year anniversary of the PSLO Network.  More than 100 PSLOs and PSLO Alumni are expected to attend.  The retreat will include meetings with World Bank, IFC and MIGA staff and Turkish business leaders, and field trips to visit World Bank Group project sites.
