The World Bank Africa Region Human Development Department and the Government of Singapore (through International Enterprise Singapore) will host the third annual study tour of African government representatives to Singapore, June 22-27, 2009.  The focus this year will go beyond the education and training sectors to look at the demand for skills emanating from industry and the private sector.
