A framework agreement for Reimbursable and Advisory Services between Malta and the Bank was signed in January 04, 2004.

In the context of the Framework Agreement for Advisory Services, an agreement for social security reform was signed in February 04. Report is near completion.

Several projects in the pipeline, basically the privatization of water and power sectors; telecom; airport etc.
