(R) Second Strategic Action Plan for Red Sea and Gulf of Aden: The objective is to support transition from current practices to an ecosystem-based management (EBM) approach by demonstrating its added value through institutional reforms as well as on the ground activities in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden. Consultants will be required for implementation in marine managed areas, including participatory approaches focusing on gender and social inclusion, commercial fisheries private sector partnerships, transboundary governance inclusion, fishery-specific PERs, and ecosystem-based management approaches sited in Middle East cultural context.
