The BBL focused on methodologies available for assessing the impact of ICTD and e-Governance projects both on the providers of the services as well as the consumers of services. Presenters also looked at the need to evolve new qualitative and quantitative frameworks for impact assessment to get the best value out of the investments made by the developing countries.
The endeavor of GICT through this BBL discussion was to enable sharing of learning practices among the key experts from academia, government agencies, industry and civil society organizations with the practitioners from various groups of The World Bank.
