Staff Rule 2.01 provides that benefits, salary and pension information may be shared with spouses and registered domestic partners of staff members unless the staff member or retiree explicitly blocks access. Please note that the World Bank Group honors court orders against staff or retirees demanding disclosure of such information if the staff member or retiree does not comply with the court order. These cases are also referred to Ethics.
