The Knowledge Report is an effort to build consensus on how we "do knowledge differently." The Bankwide process of developing the report has included a stock-taking of the various knowledge products we create, proposals for strengthening the governance and incentive framework so that knowledge can be rewarded and managed as a portfolio, similar to the way we do lending. The report proposes a unified framework to strengthen quality, relevance, and results of the Bank's knowledge products and services. The  first report will help towards the development of annual reports going forward.
