Each year WBFN organizes a series of six to eightInformation Seminars on topics useful to families of World Bank Group staff: WBG benefits, estate law, wills, taxes, family law and immigration. Expert and specialist speakers are invited to provide an overview of the topic and answer questions. Guest speakers may be Bank staff from, for example, the Bank's Benefits office or Pension Administration. Other speakers are professionals from outside the Bank, for example from legal or accounting firms.
 Seminars are scheduled between September and May and most take place at the World Bank, generally around noontime. Seminars last from one to two hours. Advance registration is requested.
