Print and then submit the completed Registration Form and Questionnaire (below) by email. Mail the printed copy together with a recent photo of yourself (unless you are a returning student), and a $220 for members and $242 for non members check, made payable to WBFN, to: World Bank Family Network, 1818 H Street NW, MSN J2-202, Washington DC 20433; or hand deliver (recommended) to: WBFN at 701 18th Street NW, J Building 2nd floor Room #030, Washington DC 20433. Be sure to indicate your choice of date and time for the assessment interview (returning students may not be asked to come for an interview).  The interview will help the teachers to determine your language level and appropriate class placement. Upon receipt of the above, we will send you an email confirming the time of your interview. We will let you know by January 27 whether we can offer you a space in the appropriate level class. Note: Space is limited to 12 students per class. Places are allotted on a first-come first-served basis, after receipt of payment; however, priority is given to newcomers. If you need to cancel, your payment will be refunded, provided you inform the WBFN at least 5 days before the start date of the class. No refunds for non-attendance or late cancellation.
