PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project will help improve the accessibility and quality of health services, and assist the government in strengthening the sector's capacity to manage resources efficiently. The project will specifically develop affordable quality health services, especially in primary health care and first referral services in rural areas; increase the utilization of health services by the poor, and mitigate the effects of infectious disease epidemics and malnutrition.
