Louise Cord manages a multi-donor program examining the operational policies associated with pro-poor growth drawing on cross country empirical analysis and 14 country studies.
Prior to joining the poverty group she worked in PREM’s front office. Before coming to PREM she worked for 7 years in the Bank's rural development group of Latin American and the Caribbean region on rural poverty and finance issues mainly in Mexico and El Salvador.
