Loïc Chiquier is Manager for Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI) unit in the Global Capital Markets Department of the Financial and Private Sector Vice-Presidency (FPD). Prior to Joining the Bank, he was Advisor for housing finance reforms with the Government of Poland, Head of Crédit Foncier International (subsidiary of a French bank providing international technical assistance) and Director for Eastern Europe of this bank.
Loïc holds degrees from Ecole Polytechnique (France) DEA of macro-economic analysis & policy (Ecole Normale Supérieure); Master Degrees in Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees (“finance”) and in the Institut des Sciences Politiques de Paris (“international relations”).
