July 15, 2009 -- Vulnerable groups in Bulgaria are receiving aid through the country’s Social Investment and Employment Promotion Project, or SIEP. Under SIEP, Bulgaria has realized more than 500 vital infrastructure projects aimed at assisting the country’s underprivileged and unemployed.
