WASHINGTON, March 16, 2010 - The World Bank’s Board of Executive Directors today approved the following project: IBRD Loan: US$9 million Terms: Maturity = 25 years; Grace Period = 10 years Project ID: P117384 Project Description: The Second Public Sector Modernization Project for Armenia aims to support the Government of Armenia in its efforts to enhance performance of public sector management for better service delivery by: a) strengthening institutional capacity in policy formulation; (b) maximizing the efficiency of human resources; and (c) developing information systems for internal work flow and external communication.
