WASHINGTON, May 25, 2010 - The World Bank’s Board of Executive Directors today approved the following project: IDA Credit: US$130 million equivalent Terms: Maturity = 40 years; Grace = 10 years Project ID: P115563 Project Description: The project objective is to deliver the Uganda National Minimum Health Care Package to Ugandans, with a focus on maternal health, newborn care and family planning. This will be achieved through improving human resources for health, physical health infrastructure, leadership and accountability for health service delivery.
