Thank you for your interest in working as a vendor with the World Bank. The online registration should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
Please note: Completion of the Vendor Application will not necessarily result in your firm being added as a vendor to the World Bank Group.
To be able to access this application your computer must have Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.0.
Before registering, please review our Vendor Guide and Vendor Eligibility Guideline. There are restrictions on current and former Bank staff registering as vendors (see Restrictions on Current and Former Bank Group Staff and Eligibility of Bank Group Vendors).
Create a Login Account
You will be required to create a login account with the Bank before you can submit your application.
- You must complete all required fields on the World Bank Group Member Center screen to create your login and password.
- Once a login account is created, you will be able to create, update and submit a vendor application.

Instructions for completing the Application:
- Once you have your login account, you must access the application.
- You must complete all required fields listed under the tabs on the application pages, verify all entries and submit the application.
- You may choose to save the application and return to complete it at a later time. To do so, choose the button ‘Save as Draft’ when you are in the registration form.
- You must complete the form in English, and you must answer all the required fields.

Update Existing Application
To update an application that has either been saved as a draft or has been submitted, you will need to:
- Login with your unique login account using your email and password.
- Provide the application number.
