Vendor Registration

Thank you for your interest in working as a vendor with the World Bank. The online registration should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

Please note: Completion of the Vendor Application will not necessarily result in your firm being added as a vendor to the World Bank Group.

To be able to access this application your computer must have Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.0 or greater or Netscape version 6.1 or greater.

Instructions for completing the Application

You must complete all required fields listed under the tabs on the application pages, verify all entries and submit the application.

You may choose to save the application and return to complete it at a later time. To do so, choose the button ‘Save as Draft’ when you are in the registration form. If you have not already done so, you will be prompted to enter an email address, password and an answer to a security question, before exiting.

To submit an application you must have an email address for the contact person at your firm, you must complete the form in English, and you must answer all the required fields.

Display Registration Form

To display an application that has either been saved as a draft or has been submitted, you will need the email address, application number, and password you created when you saved as draft or completed the application.

Update Registration Form

To change details on an application that either been saved as a draft or has been submitted, you will need the email address, application number, and the password you created when you saved or completed the initial application.

Reset Password

If you have forgotten your password choose the “Reset Password” link above. The system will display the security question you created when you completed your application or saved it as a draft. Once you answer the question correctly you will be allowed to create a new password.
