The World Bank Group Corporate Procurement Department contracts for a wide range of goods and services for its own internal requirements.

We are committed to increasing the business participation of Minority, Women and Disabled Owned Business Enterprises (MWDBEs) in our procurement process by partnering with advocacy groups and international organizations. In addition, on a global basis as part of the World Bank's Gender Action Plan, Corporate Procurement is extending our outreach to identify women-owned businesses in countries the Bank works with, to improve women's economic opportunities.

We strive to provide opportunities for MWDBEs to compete on an equal basis for the Bank's business.
