PO General Terms & Conditions for Goods and Services in seven languages

Dear World Bank Group Contractor,

The World Bank Group’s General Terms & Conditions for Goods and Services (12/2010) English version is now available in six other languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish).

The purpose of these translations is to help local companies with their understanding of the purchase order terms, and to address the legal requirements of some countries to have a local language version. 

These translations are provided as a service to interested parties. In case of any discrepancies, the official version in English governs.
