Providing Technical Assistance to DM Winners

DM supports its winning projects with information about and opportunities to access services that can help projects achieve greater impact after DM grant implementation. Services include funding, technical assistance sources and online tools and tutorials. In addition, the program's Marketplaces offer opportunities to gain knowledge about various aspects of project design, implementation and evaluation. Click here to download materials from Knowledge Exchange presentations of past global DMs.  The DM is piloting a new initiative to directly provide such support to a small sample of winning projects.  Learning from this pilot will help us determine if we should play  an increasingly "hands-on" role in brokering capacity building and technical assistance opportunities such as  business planning and modeling, marketing strategy and technical skills building to address the discrete challenges faced by early-stage development ideas and organizations.
