The World Bank's Policy on Document Translation
The World Bank aims to increase its outreach to stakeholders, clients, and communities.  The Board of Executive Directors endorsed a translation framework that allows World Bank documents and publications to be disseminated to the widest possible audience to stimulate interest and encourage participation in the Bank's work.
