 2002 Blue Book

The World Bank Policy on Disclosure of Information, published in 2002, sets forth the Bank's policy on the public availability of information held by the Bank.      

The policy should be read in conjunction with World Bank Disclosure Policy: Additional Issues - Follow-up Consolidated Report (Revised), approved by the Board of Executive Directors in March 2005. 

Together these documents form the basis of the World Bank's policy on information disclosure.
